Our first time to Paris was just wonderful with this hotel. We got lucky as we got a room on the top floor with a tiny balcony, not a very big room (still better than expected as we heard so much of small rooms in Paris) but the bed was super comfortable, and cozy enough to have good rests after so much of walking everyday. The location was strategic to reach Montmarte, Moulin Rouge and Opera Garnier by foot, and easily connected to major tour spots in the city. However, it can be quite difficult to get Bolt rides to/fro as the streets are mostly one way and many drivers refuse to take up the ride. The breakfast selection was limited but well thought, high quality materials with good choices of beverages. Although the menu was same daily, my wife and I never missed a single day to enjoy the breakfast before heading out. We would like to specially mention Pierre, he was the very first person whom we interacted with since arriving and it led to our first great impression of Paris. Pierre was extremely kind, well mannered and very generous with us during our stay and it made us feel like we came to visit a friend and stayed at his place instead. He was so genuine, nothing out of commercial, always thinking for us upon our schedules and if we had any questions. We will not forget the hospitality we received. If we are to come to Paris again, Pierre will most probably be the reason why we will choose to stay in this hotel again. Also, thanks to the other staffs at the reception and kitchen with friendly greetings and smiles every morning and night.

Hotel Chamar was a real treat. It's a new hotel in our favourite neighbourhood, so we decided to give it a try. The hotel is beautifully appointed and clean, and the staff are very friendly. Check-in was easy, and our room was very comfortable with lots of natural light. There's also USB ports on either side of the bed, so you can charge your phone/table next to you without needing to worry about bringing an outlet adaptor for those items which was very convenient since both my partner and I forgot our adapters. It's worth mentioning that there was a heatwave in Paris during our stay, and Hotel Chamar had excellent air conditioning to keep us cool. The air conditioning was also really quiet, so it was pleasant to have on even while sleeping. And lastly, I want to mention the hotel breakfast. It very good; definitely worth it. There was a nice selection of pasties, bread, cereals, fruits, yogurts, continental meats and cheeses, and even hot eggs and bacon for those who prefer a more American Style way to start the day. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay, and we would stay here again. We'd highly recommend this hotel to others as well!

It’s just what the picture looked like. Art deco feel and just great use of space with the interior. The bed was comfortable and sheets always make’s a difference. It’s close to everything. I wished I stayed another night. But I highly recommend Hotel Chamar. I always think of location and feeling safe this one tick the boxes. They accommodated myself due to having to checking in earlier. It was ready and I was just appreciative that the team there was able to do so. Lovely lady helped me with my heavy luggage. The team was welcoming. If you’re to stay here, appreciate the time and efforts of the entire. It’s clean and fresh. The toilet had a beautiful freshness scent and very detailed to how things are set up. I love the tapestry throw cushion. The glass bottle they had in the mini fridge. The NUXE products in the bathroom were a nice touch. Plus, the shoe polisher sponge can handy. The bar was cute as well. For those of you that do drink it’s private and inviting. Thank you Michelle

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The hotel was spotless, all decoration of excellent taste. The bed was very comfortable. Great location. The staff was fantastic and helped us with directions, taxis, restaurants. Very quiet. We will surely go back if we return to Paris. Comfort ***** Breakfast was complete: fresh pressed orange juice, scrambled eggs, bacon, toasts, pancakes, viennoiseries, selection of cheeses and hams, a great selection of everything, presentation was organized. Not much to improve.😊

I shared a superior room with my nine year old daughter. The bed was big and very comfortable, the room was pleasant with temperature controls which actually worked, and the shower was powerful. The hotel is situated in a great location, near lots of restaurants and boulangeries and excellent bus and metro connections. The room size was great for Paris, the staff were friendly, and online check in made for a very swift check in at reception. I’d definitely stay again!
